By accessing the CYVORTEX website or engaging CYVORTEX PRIVATE LIMITED for penetration testing, vulnerability auditing, cloud assessments, or security awareness training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope & Authorization for Security Testing
All security testing, penetration testing, network scanning, or cloud auditing activities require explicit written authorization (Rules of Engagement / Statement of Work) executed by authorized representatives of the target organization prior to test execution.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All website design, logos, trademarks, content, and proprietary security methodology documentation remain the intellectual property of CYVORTEX PRIVATE LIMITED. Client audit reports and custom remediation blueprints generated under contract become the property of the client upon full payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
CYVORTEX conducts non-destructive security testing adhering to industry standards. CYVORTEX shall not be liable for pre-existing system vulnerabilities, unverified third-party software bugs, or unauthorized actions performed outside agreed rules of engagement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
